Where can I park?

Parking is any available street parking in the neighborhood that you can find and in the surrounding area of the northside. Suggested parking is in the upper streets of the neighborhood such as: East Jefferson St, Carrington St, Atlanta St, Armandale St, Saturn Way, Upper Monterey St & Buena Vista Street.

Where are the Bathrooms?

Restrooms are located at our headquarters in the parking lot at 1201 Sherman Ave, where all the food trucks and vendors are located. Some local establishments may have their restrooms open too.

Do I have to buy tickets?

No, this event is free and open to the public!

We do welcome online donations to our Yard Sale fund, and we also sell neighborhood-themed merch at our tent in the Sherman Ave lot.

Is there a map?

We will have paper maps at the event and an online map that we will put on our website before the sale.

Will the event be rescheduled due to inclement weather?

There is no back-up date; this event is rain or shine!

Everyone! This event is both kid friendly and dog friendly too!
